New Curv® composite material creates unique lightweight strength

The molecular orientation of this unique and innovative material called CURV® enables X'Lite to deliver high-impact strength and performance that is lightweight. In a patented process, layers of woven synthetic fabric are compacted together to form a composite sheet. This process produces a self-reinforced material with stiffness, strength and an exceptionally high resistance to impact, even at very low temperatures.
